January 7, 2026 the City of Erie Land Bank instituted an action against you filed at No. 2026-10032 in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Pennsylvania to Quiet Title to the following described premises: 2216 German Street, Erie, PA – Erie Tax Index No. (18) 5010-203.
