The Complaint, filed in this Action alleges that title to Lot 74 of the Lakeside Hotel Company Subdivision, North East Township, Erie County Pennsylvania, is vested in the above named Plaintiffs. Said Lot 74 is part of property currently bearing Erie County Tax Index Number (37) 8-10-2. Further, the Quiet Title Action requests a termination of a right of reverter as set forth in the deeds issued by the Lakeside Hotel Company, Inc.
The Court has ordered that notice of this action may be given by publication so that title to the property may be adjudicated. The Complaint requests the Court to decree that title to the property is free and clear of any claim, interest or right of reverter of any of said Defendants, their heirs, successors and/or assigns, and that said Defendants be barred from asserting any right, title or interest in and to the property inconsistent with the interest of the Plaintiffs, unless an action of ejectment is brought within thirty (30) days of the Court Order.
