Plaintiff is the owner of certain real property located in the Township of North East, Erie County, Pennsylvania, identified as ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE ORIGINAL PLOT OF LAND OF DAVIS, GEROULD AND MARTIN, SITUATE IN THE TOWNSHIP OF NORTH EAST, COUNTY OF ERIE, AND COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the center of the Buffalo and Findley Lake Roads, which point is North 34° 35' West, 238.5 feet from an iron pin in the center of the road and the south side of the original stone arch of the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railways; thence South 34° 55' East, 60.5 feet to a point in the center of the road; thence South 63° West 99 feet to a point; thence North 27° West, 60 feet to the center of the Buffalo Road; thence North 63° East, 91 feet to an iron pin and the place of beginning and bearing Erie County Tax Index No. (37) 16-76-4. (hereinafter the “Property”).
Plaintiff has filed this action to quiet title to the property and seeks to bar the defendants from ever asserting any right, title, interest, lien or claim against the property.
