This action is based on an Action to Quiet Title to real estate located in the Westminster Subdivision as filed on August 7, 1922 in the Recorder of Deeds of Erie County, Pennsylvania at Map Book No. 2, pages 432, 434, 436, 438, between the above named parties. Service on the Defendants, Central Trust and Title Company by name change Central Bank and Title Company and William Shue and Carrie Shue, their successors, heirs and assigns, is made by Order of Court pursuant to Pa. R. C. P. 430. The defendants may have some interest in the above described property. Plaintiffs have filed this action to quiet title to the property and seek to bar the defendants from ever asserting any right, title, interest, lien or claim against the property.
