Anthony J. Sansone a/k/a Midway Beer Distributors, the debtor in this bankruptcy matter, seeks an order to sell the Debtor’s real estate located at 2947 West 26th Street, Millcreek Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania for $170,000.00. A telephonic hearing will be held on June 8, 2020, at 11:30 a.m. before Judge Thomas P. Agresti in the Erie Bankruptcy Courtroom, U.S. Courthouse, 17 South Park Row, Erie, PA 16501.
