DISSOLUTION NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the shareholders and directors of MEDICOR ASSOCIATES, INC., a Pennsylvania professional corporation (the “Corporation”), with a registered address of 104 East Second Street, Erie, PA 16507 and a current business address of 120 East Second Street, Erie, PA 16507, have approved a plan and proposal that the Corporation voluntarily dissolve, and that the officers and Board of Directors of the Corporation are now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of the Corporation under the provisions of Section 1975 of the Pennsylvania Business Corporation Law of 1988, as amended.
