ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT
Harborcreek Township Sewer Authority (the “Authority”) hereby provides notice of its intent to file Articles of Amendment with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Pursuant to this notice, the Authority hereby declares as follows:

Notice is hereby given that the Greene Township Board of Supervisors held a hearing on April 23, 2019, at 3:30 P.M., to receive public input on the adoption of Ordinance No. 2019-3, regarding the formation of the Greene Township Sewer Authority, its purpose, powers, and the appointment of its Board of Directors. The Ordinance provides that the Greene Township Sewer Authority will manage or operate or finance the sanitary sewer system of Greene Township pursuant to a Management Plan. The Greene Township Board of Supervisors voted to approve and enacted Ordinance No. 2019-3, by unanimous vote. Greene Township has the authority to approve the Management Plan of the Greene Township Sewer Authority and will be filing the Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of the Commonwealth no less than three (3) days following the second advertisement of this notice. The Articles of Incorporation substantially outline the following:
