NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Joseph T. Palmiero, P.O. Box 22, Guys Mills, Pennsylvania 16327, offers to purchase at private sale a trailer located in Summit Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and being known as Tax Parcel Control #55-109045, formerly assessed to Assessed Owner; said offered purchase price is the sum of $1,000.00 CASH, which is proposed as the compromise of all taxes, penalties and interest due thereon in the total sum of $1,205.31. The property will be sold free and clear of all tax claims and tax judgments. You have the right within forty-five (45) days following publication of this notice to petition the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, Pennsylvania, for disapproval of said sale. If no petition for disapproval is filed, said proposed sale will be consummated on February 24, 2026, at the office of the Crawford County Tax Claim Bureau, Crawford County Courthouse, Meadville, Pennsylvania.
