NOTICE TO CREDITORS/CLAIMANTS
All creditors and claimants of Hog Heaven Rescue Farm, Inc. (the “Farm”) must file proof of claims with the Liquidating Receiver, Brian T. Cagle, at 363 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335 on or before June 15, 2025. Claims must be in writing and contain sufficient information to identify the claimant, the address and telephone number of the claimant, and the amount and substance of the claim. All claims shall be signed by the claimant and contain a verification that reads as follows: “This claim is made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa.C.S. § 4904 relating to unsworn falsification to authorities.” Failure to file claims pursuant to these terms shall act as a bar from participating in the distribution of assets of the Farm.
