NOTICE TO CREDITORS/CLAIMANTS
All creditors and claimants of Hog Heaven Rescue Farm, Inc. (the “Farm”) must file proof of claims with the Liquidating Receiver, Brian T. Claims must be in writing and contain sufficient information to identify the claimant, the address and telephone number of the claimant, and the amount and substance of the claim.
