Haft. Being 275’ deep and 60’ frontage on Church Street, and further identified as Crawford County Tax Parcel ID# 1605-034-70001.
Plaintiffs aver that the present whereabouts or existence of the above-named Defendants, or their personal representative(s), heirs and assigns, is unknown to them, that they and their predecessors in title have been in open, adverse, notorious, and continuous possession of the property for a period of twenty-one years and upwards, and that they are the sole owners of the property by deed dated January 27, 2014, recorded February 26, 2014, at Crawford County Record Book 1162, Page 48.
Plaintiffs have requested the Court to decree that title to said property is vested in the Plaintiffs, and to enjoin the Defendants, their personal representative(s), heirs and assigns, from asserting title to said premises or from impeaching, denying or in any way attacking Plaintiffs’ title to said property.
