G. Caruso, an adult individual who had been residing in Meadville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, is the biological mother of S.S.C., a female child who was born on January 13, 2021, in Monroeville, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed asking the Court to put an end to all rights you have to your child S.S.C. The Court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to your child. The hearing will be held on the 7th day of July, 2022, at 8:45 a.m. prevailing local time in Courtroom No. 1 of the Crawford County Judicial Center in Meadville, Pennsylvania. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you and your rights to your child may be ended by the court without you present. You have the right to be represented at the hearing by a lawyer and a lawyer has been appointed to represent you.
Your rights may also be subject to termination pursuant to 23 Pa. C.S.A. 2503(d) if you fail to file either an acknowledgment of paternity or claim of paternity pursuant to section 5103 (relating to acknowledgment and claim of paternity) and fail to either appear at the hearing for the purpose of objecting to the termination of your rights or file a written objection to such termination with the court prior to the hearing.
