NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Autumn Frazier, 16788 Station Road, Centerville, PA 16404, offers to purchase at private sale land located in the Borough of Centerville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and being known as Tax Parcel Control #17-0-005450, formerly assessed to Assessed Owner; said offered purchase price is the sum of $3,000.00 CASH, which is proposed as the compromise of all taxes, penalties and interest due thereon in the total sum of $2,155.37.
