CONNEAUT SCHOOL DISTRICT
In accordance with the provisions of the Public School Code of 1949, as amended, 24 P.S. §7-707, notice is hereby given of a hearing on a proposed sale by the Conneaut School District of the following described real estate:
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate in Conneaut Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: On the north by land now or formerly of Cragin; on the east by a public road; on the south by land now or formerly of Early and Spaulding and on the west by land now or formerly of Jaskolski and Godsave, containing forty-eight (48) acres, more or less.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Linesville-Conneaut Merged School District by deed dated November 9, 1964 and recorded November 12, 1964 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Crawford County in Deed Book 414, Page 286.
The hearing will be held at the Crawford County Court House, Meadville, PA on February 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. local time in Court Room 2 before the Honorable John Spataro.
