Wherein Plaintiff seeks to foreclose on the mortgage secured on your property located at 12469 PORTER ROAD, CONNEAUT LAKE, PA 16316-4540 whereupon your property would be sold by the Sheriff of CRAWFORD County.

Notice is hereby provided to all persons who would be entitled to share in the estate of the alleged incapacitated person, Henrietta L. Lender, if she were to die intestate, that a hearing shall be conducted on August 25, 2016 at 8:45 o’clock a.m., in Courtroom Number 3 of the Crawford County Courthouse, to determine if the alleged incapacitated person is an “incapacitated person,” by applicable law, and whether a Guardian of the Person and/or Guardian of the Estate for the alleged incapacitated person shall therefore be appointed.
