E. Eldred; thence east along lands now or formerly of A. E. Eldred and others 15 ½ rods to lands of Sparta Consolidated School, formerly Levi Healy’s heirs; thence north by same 69 feet to a post; thence west parallel with the first course 15 ½ rods to the east bounds of Washington Street; thence south by the east bounds of Washington Street 69 feet to the place of beginning.
