This action is based on an Action to Quiet Title to real estate located at 24435 State Highway 408, Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania, Crawford County between the above named parties. Service on the Defendant First National Bank of Cambridge Springs their heirs, successors and assigns is made by Order of the Court pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 430. The Defendants may have some interest in the above described property. Plaintiff has filed this action to quiet title to the property and seeks to bar Defendants from ever asserting any right, title, interest, lien or claim against the property.
