Wherein Plaintiff seeks to Evict all occupants at the property 5352 AUTUMNWOOD DRIVE, COCHRANTON, PA 16314-4404 whereupon your property was sold by the Sheriff of CRAWFORD County. You are hereby notified to plead to the above referenced Complaint on or before 20 days from the date of this publication or Judgment will be entered against you. **This firm is a debt collector attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. In accordance with the provisions of the Public School Code of 1949, as amended, 24 P.S. §7-707, notice is hereby given of a hearing on a proposed sale by the Conneaut School District of the following described real estate:
All that certain piece or parcel of ground situate in the Township of Sadsbury, County of Crawford, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of PA Rt. 285, also known as the Conneaut Lake-Espyville Road, which point is located by the intersection therewith of the Easterly line projected of property now or formerly of R. James Coy, as conveyed by Betty Lloyd by deed dated April 25, 1974, and recorded in Deed Book 482, page 993; thence along said Easterly line of lands now or formerly of R. James Coy, South 06° 45' 25" West, a distance of 1161.60 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing by the Southerly line of lands now or formerly of R. Hanmore, North 05° 56' 50" East, a distance of 415.00 feet to the center line of the PA Rt. 285, also known as the Conneaut Lake-Espyville Road; and thence along the center line of said PA Rt. 285 in a Westwardly direction North 84° 29' 15" West, a distance of 902.99 feet to the point at the place of beginning.
Containing 50.06 acres, more or less, as calculated to the center line of PA Rt. 285.
The hearing will be held at the Crawford County Court House, Meadville, PA on Friday, October 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. local time in Court Room 2. The proposed purchaser is John J. O'Grady. The proposed sale price is $186,500.00, cash with no financing contingency.
