NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that David Allen of 21967 Black Bear Lane, Union City, PA 16438, offers to purchase at private sale land located in Cambridge Springs Borough, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and being known as Tax Parcel Control #16-0-004669, formerly assessed to Assessed Owner; said offered purchase price is the sum of $3,000.00 CASH, which is proposed as the compromise of all taxes, penalties and interest due thereon in the total sum of $2,796.96. The property will be sold free and clear of all tax claims and tax judgments.
