Lugo of 16330 South Shady Acres Dr., Meadville, PA 16335, offers to purchase at private sale a trailer located in Vernon Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and being known as Tax Parcel Control #65-0-056455, formerly assessed to Assessed Owner; said offered purchase price is the sum of $3,300.00 CASH, which is proposed as the compromise of all taxes, penalties and interest due thereon in the total sum of $4,579.81. The property will be sold free and clear of all tax claims and tax judgments.
