The real estate involved is located in the Borough of Cochranton, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: On the West by the East bank of French Creek; on the East by the Western right of way line of the Western New York and Pennsylvania Railroad; and on the South by West Adams Street, also known as State Route 173. Being a triangle-shaped, vacant parcel labeled on the current Crawford County Assessment Office tax map as "No Pin - French Creek Access Area." Chain of title to said land may be found by referring to Deed dated June 28 1832, and recorded in Crawford County Deed Book N, Page 743, and to Deed dated May 9, 1865, and recorded in Crawford County Deed Book M3, Page 176, as more specifically set forth in Complaint filed in the office of the Prothonotary of Crawford County at the above number and term.
