NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Brian McGarvie, of 113 East Oak St., Titusville, PA 16354, offers to purchase at private sale land located in the 2nd Ward, City of Titusville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and being known as Tax Parcel No. 5700-000-70679 (Control No. 57-0-046439), formerly assessed to Assessed Owner; said offered purchase price is the sum of $1,500.00 CASH, which is proposed as the compromise of all taxes, penalties and interest due thereon in the total sum of $2,624.88. The property will be sold free and clear of all tax claims and tax judgments. MARSHAL’S SALE: By virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the U. S. Court for the W. D. of PA at suit of the USA at Civil No. 1:13-cv-00064, I shall expose to public sale the real property of Lynette A. Harding a/k/a Lynette A. Smith known as 280 S. Second Street, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316, being fully described in the Deed dated January 19, 2006 and recorded on February 16, 2006, in Crawford County Deed Book Volume 807, Page 183 and at Instrument No. 200600001709.
TIME AND LOCATION OF SALE: Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. at the Crawford County Courthouse (Front Steps), 903 Diamond Park, Meadville, PA 16335.
