NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 512 SUPERIOR STREET, TITUSVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA
1. The Titusville Area School District is accepting sealed bids for the sale of property it owns at 512 Superior Street, Titusville, Pennsylvania, as described in Crawford County Deed Book C 4, Page 531. The dimensions of the property are 183 feet by 170 feet.
2. Sealed bids will be received by the School District at its Administration Office, which is located at 221 North Washington Street, Titusville, Pennsylvania 16354. Sealed bids will be received at the Administration Office of the School District until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2013.
