OF PETITION FOR NAME CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that, on August 20,
2012, the amended petition of Name Change
was filed in the above-named court, requesting an order to change the name of Michael
John Sodini to Michael John Sutton, to
change the name of Karen Irene Tang-Wai
Sodini to Karen Tang-Wai Sutton, and
to change the surnames of their minor
children Michael, Jenna, and John, from
Sodini to Sutton.
The Court has fixed the 7th day of November,
2012, at 9:30 A.M., in Court Room 4, Court
House, Butler, Pennsylvania as the time and
place for the hearing on said petition, when
and where all interested parties may appear
and show cause, if any, why the request of the
petitioners should not be granted.
SAID SALE to be held at the Butler County
