a point and being designated as Lot 2 on the
revised Shiever Subdivision. The conveyance
of Tract 2 is one of two transactions, the
purpose of which is to correct the erroneous
description in prior deed of Shiever to Minto
dated December 31, 1986.
Both tracts are combined into Tax Parcel
No. 120-3F49-A3C2-0000, which contains
8.735 acres.
You are hereby notified to plead to the abovereferenced Complaint on or before twenty
(20) days from the date of this publication or
a judgment by default will be taken against
you and unless within thirty (30) days from
the entry of said judgment by default you
commence an action in ejectment against
the Plaintiffs, a Final Decree may be entered
against you, forever barring you from asserting
any right, title, interest or claim in said property
inconsistent with the claim of Plaintiffs.
