Protection From Abuse process and
the handling of ICC’S
The District Attorney’s office is going to hold a training at 8:00
AM on January 25, 2012 in the Public Meeting Room of the
Government Center. This training with be on the Protection From
Abuse process and the handling of ICC’S. It will be presented to
anyone wishing to attend including Law Enforcement, Defense
Attorneys and Court House personnel.
This training will last approx. 1- 11/2 hours and a continental
breakfast will be provided.
For food and material planning purposes, please call 724.841.0130
by January 20 to register.
Up to 1.5 CLE credit is available for
attorneys completing the training.

guaranteed payment as may be acceptable
to the Trustee’s counsel. Possession shall be
delivered at closing. Terms announced at sale
will supersede the terms of any prior notice.
Any objection to the sales shall be in writing
