Notice is hereby provided to all persons who would be entitled to share in the estate of the alleged incapacitated person, James C. Huff, if he were to die intestate, that a hearing shall be conducted on July 10, 2018 at 3:00 o’clock p.m., in Courtroom Number 2 of the Crawford County Judicial Center, Meadville, PA, to determine if the James C. Huff is an “incapacitated person,” under applicable law, and whether a Guardian of the Person and/or Guardian of the Estate for the alleged incapacitated person shall therefore be appointed.
