The Venango County Commissioners and the Board of Directors of the Crawford Area Transportation Authority hereby give legal notice that both have adopted Resolutions consenting to Venango County joining the Crawford Area Transportation Authority. These Resolutions were passed by the respective Governing Bodies of both the Crawford Area Transportation Authority and Venango County pursuant to 53 PA C.S.A. 5601 et seq., and specifically 53 PA C.S.A. 5604. Further, on December 14th, 2017 an application for Venango County to become a member of the Crawford Area Transportation Authority will be filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth for approval.
