NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Alicia Phillips, 14856 State Hwy. 19, Meadville, Pennsylvania 16335, offers to purchase at private sale land located in the Second Ward of the City of Meadville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and being known as Tax Parcel Control #34-0-020313, formerly assessed to Assessed Owner; said offered purchase price is the sum of $1,180.00 CASH, which is proposed as the compromise of all taxes, penalties and interest due thereon in the total sum of $1,194.45. The property will be sold free and clear of all tax claims and tax judgments. You have the right within forty five (45) days following publication of this notice to petition the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, Pennsylvania, for disapproval of said sale.
