inch pin located at the place of beginning.
BEING the same property conveyed to
Ronald Luniewski and Rita Luniewski,
his wife, by Deed of David W. Tyree,
Administrator of the Estate of William Sibbet,
deceased, dated September 27, 2017, and
recorded with the Butler County Recorder
of Deeds on October 2, 2017, at Instrument
No. 201710020021308.
You are hereby notified to plead to the abovereferenced Complaint on or before twenty
(20) days from the date of this publication or
a judgment by default will be taken against
you and unless within thirty (30) days from
the entry of said judgment by default you
commence an action in ejectment against

against you, forever barring you from
asserting any right, title, interest or claim in
said property inconsistent with the claim of
